Most of my crafting I do as a hobby, but recently I’ve started making decals for cars as a side business. For designs with complex edges, you should start by cutting the border into several sections for easy removal. As long as you have made your cuts well, picking up the image won’t be hard.

Peeling off the edge of your vinyl laminate and lining it with the edge of your decal sheet. The adhesive in permanent outdoor vinyl is extremely safe to use on a car. A quality design will result in great work. Make sure you have the right measurement and size that will correspond to your target idea. If you have an iPod or tablet you can design on those, but you may prefer a bigger screen to make sure your designs are perfect. It is preferred for wall decals in your home because it’s less likely to remove your drywall when you take it off. I find that regular vinyl is also fairly sticky so in my opinion, there are no guarantees that you’ll be able to get it off without damage. Now tape your template to the vinyl in as many places as possible. If there’s a big empty space in the middle of the design, consider cutting a hole in it and taping the middle as well. When you have your cut vinyl, you will need to check for any excess pieces and cut those away.
